Four day sale kicks off on 23rd November.

Apple has confirmed that it will hold a four day ‘shopping event’ to mark Black Friday.

The tech giant’s sale will run from Friday 23rd to Monday 25th November, following a similar pattern to last year.

2017 saw Apple offer gift cards with select Mac, iPad and iPhone purchases, but discounts were minor and hardly likely to entice those looking to spend.

Instead, it seems that those looking for a decent saving on the latest iPhone XS or the newly updated iPad Pro will be better off looking at third party retailers’ Black Friday packages, as well as those from mobile networks.

There is a slim chance that Apple may use the four day event to try and boost sales of its iPhone XS and iPhone XR, both of which are reported to be struggling to sell as anticipated. One report claims that Apple has slashed orders for the iPhone XR by one third.

Accessories and more affordable Apple products may well end up in the sale. With new AirPods said to be in the offing, this might be the time to pick up a bargain and get a cheaper pair of wireless headphones.
